“What kind of lease do you use?”
Generally speaking we use 12-month leases.
“Do you accept pets?”
Pets are only accepted at the Devonshire location.
“What is your smoking policy?”
All of our locations are non-smoking apartments.
“What is the application process like?”
The application focuses on a few things: Firstly, that you pay your bills in a timely manner (no collections, late pays, etc.), that you have been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn't your first apartment), and that you are financially able to pay for the apartment.
“What kind of deposit is required?”
We require the first month's rent and a flat rate security deposit.
“What happens if I submit an application and deposit and then change my mind?”
Please wait to submit an application until you are sure that you want (and are able) to commit to signing a year lease, otherwise the $300 deposit will be forfeited.
